I’m starting a solstice to solstice fitness challenge, from the summer solstice in June, to my winter solstice birthday. Six months of finding the fun in fitness, and falling back in love with movement. I will pick a workout from many fitness experts, genres, and eras and do a different workout daily six days of the week and blog about it.
